Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management Duties

  • Collect, digitize, and accurately input a wide variety of documents, including invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve a detailed, organized electronic storage system to ensure every entry is complete, searchable, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Organize, label, and archive hard‑copy documents such as original invoices, inventory checklists, and other critical financial paperwork.
  • Develop and enforce data entry standards, regularly reviewing filing structures to enhance data quality and retrieval speed.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies by collaborating with administrative staff, locating missing information, and updating records promptly.
  • Respond to data queries from internal teams, escalating significant errors to management for swift resolution.
  • Adhere to best practices in data management, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality at all times.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with the IT department to test and implement new data entry tools and workflow automation solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar administrative role.
