[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Account Manager will work directly with members to ensure accountability and performance through structured coaching sessions and clear communication, while building trusted relationships and maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members
- Lead structured, agenda-driven coaching sessions focused on execution and priorities
- Track commitments, deadlines, and key action items
- Ensure consistent follow-through through clear, direct communication
- Identify recurring breakdowns (time management, delegation, leadership gaps, lack of execution)
- Address missed commitments promptly and professionally
- Challenge lack of follow-through when necessary, while maintaining trust
- Reinforce organizational standards and expectations
- Maintain detailed documentation of meetings, commitments, and outcomes
- Monitor progress against defined goals and milestones
- Escalate concerns when expectations are not being met
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
- Support onboarding of new members and establish early accountability rhythms
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Skills
- Professional experience in operations, client-facing roles, performance management, or coaching
- Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to hold others accountable respectfully and effectively
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple relationships while maintaining structure and detail
- Operations Manager / Director of Operations
- Practice Manager (medical, dental, or service-based)
- Account Manager / Client Success (high-touch, performance-driven)
- General Manager or former business owner
