[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Synergy Pet Group is one of the fastest-growing players in the pet industry, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee various marketing initiatives. This role will focus on execution, logistics, and channel management across social media, email, webinars, and reputation management.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing initiatives end-to-end across channels: take a brief, build a plan, coordinate contributing resources, and deliver
- Coordinate logistics for go-to-market launches: asset tracking, internal communications, deadline management, and cross-functional follow-up
- Keep active projects organized and moving, flagging blockers earlier rather than later
- Manage organic social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, including content calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Create graphics and Reels using Canva, following brand guidelines
- Write and create email campaigns in HubSpot
- Own the content and publishing calendar
- Drive customer stories and case study production
- Own webinar production end-to-end: platform setup, registration pages, promotion, recording, and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate with internal team on content and speaker preparation; own logistics
- Own Capterra, G2, and Google Business profiles: keep listings current, solicit reviews, and respond in a timely and on-brand way
- Track review volume and sentiment; report trends

- Strong project management instincts: you track your own deadlines, flag issues early, and close loops without being asked
- Clear, direct communicator
- Proficiency with marketing tools: HubSpot, Canva, social scheduling tools, and Zoom
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM mechanics and buyer journeys
- Passion for the veterinary industry and helping veterinary professionals thrive
