[Remote] IT Project Manager (Retail Store Technology & Cybersecurity)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of complex IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology and cybersecurity projects
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Architecture, Finance, and Business units
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive governance processes, project reviews, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, forecasts, and contractual deliverables
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams while maintaining project timelines and objectives

Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong retail industry experience
• Hands-on experience managing Store Technology projects such as POS, self-checkout systems, in-store tablets, or related retail platforms
• Experience leading Cybersecurity initiatives including Disaster Recovery, Security Remediation, or Risk Mitigation programs
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and project financials
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives
