[Remote] Strategic Operations, Founder’s Office

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rerun is building the data stack for Physical AI, providing tools loved by top robotics and spatial AI teams. They are seeking a sharp operator to manage go-to-market and business operations, focusing on identifying and resolving issues proactively to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founders to set priorities and then go make them happen
• Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events
• Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress
• Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on

Skills

• 3-5 years across fast-paced, high-impact environments such as an early-stage startup in a GTM, Sales ops, growth, or BizOps role
• A bias for action
• Comfortable in ambiguity
• A natural at stakeholder management and communication
• Technically fluent enough to be credible with a deeply technical team and our physical AI customers
• Bonus points: a technical or engineering degree, sharpened in consulting, then put to work building in startup life
• An engineering or technical background is a strong plus
