Position Overview
arenaflex is hiring a Remote Travel Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team of travel professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Booking Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book a wide range of travel services on behalf of clients, including but not limited to domestic and international flights, cruise vacations, theme park tickets and packages, hotel and resort accommodations, and rental car reservations.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure that all client information, booking details, payment records, and travel itineraries are accurate, complete, and up to date in arenaflex systems. Attention to detail is critical to maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- Completing Required Certifications: Successfully complete arenaflex’s initial training program and obtain all required travel industry certifications within the specified timeframe. Certifications are provided at no cost to you.
- Participating in Ongoing Training: Stay current on arenaflex partner offerings, promotional deals, destination updates, and industry best practices by participating in continuous training opportunities offered by the company and its travel partners.
- Managing Your Schedule Independently: Demonstrate strong self-management skills by organizing your workload, prioritizing client needs, and meeting performance goals while working remotely.

Essential Qualifications
