About the Role: Evening & Weekend Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Evening & Weekend Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our client brands via inbound phone calls. Your mission will be to deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient support while representing arenaflex's commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer working non-traditional hours, value flexibility, and want to be part of a team that operates when most offices are closed.

We currently have openings for both part-time and full-time team members. The standard shift runs from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 12:00 AM (midnight) on weekdays, and you must be available to work at least one weekend day every week (Saturday and/or Sunday), as well as holidays depending on scheduling needs. Candidates with availability for both weekend days are strongly preferred and will have priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a steady volume of inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, providing first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, and document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Deliver bilingual support in both English and Spanish, helping Spanish-speaking customers navigate products, services, and account-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues by identifying root causes, offering practical solutions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client products, services, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided on every call.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, quality assurance standards, and attendance goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies, scripts, compliance guidelines, and data security protocols, including HIPAA and PCI standards as applicable.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and coaching opportunities designed to enhance your skills and career trajectory.

  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating basic computer applications, including email, web browsers, and standard office software.

  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy while engaged in live conversation.

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to commit to a set schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Fluency: Spanish/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will receive a bilingual differential in pay.

  • Previous Experience: Prior customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience is a plus but not required.
