Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative and Packer at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our shipping and receiving operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Receiving and Verifying Shipments: Accept incoming deliveries, carefully verify all items against accompanying invoices and purchase orders, and sign off on the required paperwork upon receipt. Confirm that quantities, qualities, and prices match the documentation.
  • Inspecting Deliveries: Thoroughly inspect all received contents to confirm they are undamaged, intact, and in proper condition. Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns to your supervisor immediately.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack or unpack a wide variety of items into cartons, boxes, and similar containers as needed. Use appropriate packing materials and techniques to ensure items are protected during transit.
  • Preparing Shipments: Prepare outgoing packages for shipping, ensuring each item is properly labeled, documented, and ready for transportation. Process all company shipments with the required paperwork, including accurate shipping labels.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, invoices, and related documentation. Ensure that all records are organized, accessible, and audit-ready.
  • Labeling and Sorting: Label all deliveries accurately and allocate them to their designated locations within the system. Maintain order and organization in all tracking systems.
  • Coordinating with Local Partners: Pick up parcels from local stores and partner locations when necessary, ensuring timely retrieval and proper documentation of all items.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments, deliveries, and order status. Provide timely, professional, and helpful responses that reflect the standards of arenaflex.
  • Processing Payments and Invoices: Ensure that invoices are properly signed and processed for satisfactory deliveries. Work with the finance and operations teams to resolve any payment-related questions.

Essential Qualifications
