Job Description

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include: ??Ensuring the cleanliness and turnaround of guest rooms promptly and efficiently. ??Cleaning between 12-20 rooms per shift, including both arrivals and stay overs. ??Stocking carts with supplies and maintaining the organization of housekeeping closets. ??Performing various cleaning tasks such as bathroom sanitation, furniture dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. ??Replenishing linens, amenities, and other essentials. ??Conducting routine checks on appliances, electronics, and utilities to ensure functionality. ??Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly. ??Providing friendly and accommodating service to guests. ??Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. ??Collaborating effectively with Housemen and Laundry staff. ??Adhering to additional assignments as directed by supervisors. ??Maintaining a positive and professional rapport with your team. Requirements & Qualifications ??Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. ??Willingness to participate in training programs. ??Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job. ??Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
