Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive company growth. Provide leadership and guidance to regional Online Education Managers, ensuring effective execution of initiatives. Cultivate executive contacts within school districts and organizations to expand sales opportunities. Establish and optimize sales procedures while building and nurturing a high-performing team. Analyze market trends, align business development strategies, and refine marketing plans accordingly. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, while streamlining operational systems for efficiency. Develop and enhance company regulations and customer protocols, guiding team members in their implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive roles within school districts or private schools. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school or district setting. Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and business development acumen. Ability to establish rapport with school districts and educational institutions.
