We are currently seeking a DB Lead ARch - offshore to join our team in Remote, Bihār (IN-BR), India (IN). "Database Lead Architect – Role Summary Owns the overall database architecture for modernization or migration initiatives, defining target-state designs, standards, and migration patterns Leads database platform strategy, including schema design, performance optimization, security, backup/recovery, and high availability Partners with application, ETL, and infrastructure teams to ensure data models, integrations, and workloads align with business and technical requirements Oversees database migration execution, including tooling selection, cutover strategy, data validation, and risk mitigation Provides technical leadership, governance, and design reviews while guiding database engineers and DBAs across delivery phases Typical Experience Required 12–16 years total experience in database engineering and architecture 5–7 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Database Architect role 3–5 years leading database migration or modernization programs (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid) " About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
