Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Part‑Time Online Chat Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Engagement team at arenaflex’s College Station office. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive and RV sales, service, financing, and general dealership information.

  • Utilize multitasking skills to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute; 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
