Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Join arenaflex as a Customer Service Agent – Where Every Interaction Elevates the Journey

At arenaflex, we believe that exceptional customer experiences begin with exceptional people. As a global organization committed to operational excellence and human-centered service, arenaflex partners with leading brands across industries to deliver outstanding customer support, ground operations coordination, and front-line passenger assistance. We are currently seeking a dedicated, service-driven Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in California on a full-time basis. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems on the fly, and take genuine pride in making someone's day a little brighter, this opportunity is designed for you.

This is more than just a job — it's a chance to build a meaningful career with an organization that values growth, teamwork, and the power of a kind word. Our Customer Service Agents serve as the face and voice of the brands we represent, handling everything from ticket processing and baggage assistance to reservations, special accommodations, and real-time problem resolution. Every interaction is an opportunity to create loyalty, trust, and a memorable experience for the travelers and clients we serve.

About arenaflex and the Industry We Serve

The ground operations and customer service sector sits at the very heart of the travel and transportation industry. Whether it's helping a family check in for their dream vacation, reuniting a passenger with lost luggage, or calmly navigating the complexities of a weather delay, frontline agents are the unsung heroes who keep the entire system moving. At arenaflex, we honor that responsibility by investing in our people, our processes, and our culture.

Our organizational commitment is simple: we provide a stable, supportive workplace with equal opportunity for learning and personal development. We encourage creativity and innovation to continuously improve the effectiveness of our operations. Most importantly, we treat every team member with the same care, respect, and compassion that we expect them to extend to every customer they serve. If you are someone who believes that hospitality is a calling, you'll find your people here at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, your day will be filled with variety, energy, and meaningful human connection. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Greet and assist all customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner across ticket counters, baggage service offices, gate areas, and phone lines. Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal team members and external clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to ensure the operational success of arenaflex and the brands we represent. Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture.
  • Travel Coordination & Reservations: Provide exceptional service to individuals seeking to travel by addressing their needs, handling reservations, processing check-ins, and managing boarding procedures efficiently.
  • Ticketing and Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate a modern computerized retail point-of-sale system to handle all aspects of ticketing, check-in, and registration. Accurately process payments including cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons. Make appropriate change and balance daily transactions, taking responsibility for any overages or shortages.
  • Baggage and Cargo Handling: Check in customer luggage and cargo with care and precision. Answer phone inquiries to provide information, page customers, resolve complaints, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Boarding and Ramp Coordination: Manage the transactions and activities required to board aircraft in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle difficult situations involving disgruntled customers due to oversold flights, delays, cancellations, or lost/damaged baggage. Resolve such issues quickly and within established company guidelines.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide current and accurate information regarding fares, flight schedules, reservation statuses, and arrival/departure times. Answer general inquiries from customers and visitors at the airport or service location.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete all required forms, reports, anomaly logs, and customer complaint documentation as required by arenaflex policies.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared for additional duties as assigned by leadership, recognizing that responsibilities may shift based on the size and structure of the station or service location.
