What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, technical support, and guidance across our suite of sustainable energy products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, live chat, and social messaging platforms, ensuring a consistently excellent experience across every touchpoint.
  • Product and Technical Support: Provide detailed, accurate information about arenaflex electric vehicles, home energy products, charging solutions, software features, and service offerings. Walk customers through setup, configuration, and troubleshooting processes with clarity and patience.
  • Issue Resolution and Empathy: Diagnose customer concerns, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions on the first interaction whenever possible. Handle escalations with composure, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Documentation and Case Management: Maintain precise records of every customer interaction, transaction, and follow-up action within our CRM platform. Capture trends, recurring issues, and actionable feedback that can inform product and service improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, sales, and field service teams to resolve complex issues, advocate for customer needs, and contribute to long-term solutions that enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on new product launches, software updates, industry developments, and competitor activity within the electric vehicle and renewable energy sectors. Share insights and contribute to team knowledge bases.

  • Prior remote work experience with demonstrated success in distributed teams.

Technical and Workspace Requirements

To ensure you can deliver seamless service from your home office, the following setup is required:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed recommended).
