  • Virtual Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, and web chat. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support related to billing, insurance verification, product inquiries, and general service questions.
  • Inbound and Outbound Call Management: Handle a steady volume of incoming customer calls while also making proactive outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve outstanding issues, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Anticipatory Problem Solving: Go beyond reactive support by proactively identifying potential questions and concerns customers may have, and prepare thoughtful solutions before they escalate.
