Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. Your base pay will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, with opportunities for growth and progression as you develop within the role. The hourly rate for this position typically ranges from $24.00 to $29.40 per hour, with most new hires starting at $24.00 per hour.
