With a mission to “bring our heart to every moment of your well‑being,” arenaflex blends cutting‑edge technology with compassionate care, ensuring that every interaction—whether in a pharmacy, a distribution center, or a remote office—adds value to the lives of the people we serve. Our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement fuels a culture where every employee can thrive, innovate, and make a tangible impact on the health ecosystem.

Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the critical bridge between the Distribution Center Administration Framework and the Centralized IT & Application Development teams. Your expertise will drive the seamless flow of inventory data, support the implementation of robust system enhancements, and ensure that our warehouse management system (WMS) operates with precision, reliability, and compliance. This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $25, an 8‑hour workday, and the chance to influence the future of health‑focused supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Distribution Center Operations, IT, and Application Development teams to coordinate system changes, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors to support data capture, integration, and troubleshooting of automated equipment such as sortation control systems.
  • Design, implement, and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical inventory information.
  • Facilitate communication between the distribution center, WMS vendor, and MIS (Management Information Systems) team to prioritize and resolve system incidents.
  • Provide Tier‑2 support for all data‑capture devices, including printers, terminals, RF devices, and networked workstations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure that underpins the WMS environment.
  • Oversee the deployment of software updates, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of high‑value items (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices) and generate detailed utilization reports for MIS analysis.
  • Manage non‑exempt staff schedules, ensuring coverage aligns with operational demand and compliance requirements.
  • Administer user access controls within the WMS, maintaining security standards and supporting quarterly SOX compliance audits.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Cognos Report Studio) to provide end‑users with actionable insights into inventory performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, recommend system enhancements, and lead cross‑functional projects that improve data accuracy and operational throughput.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on IT experience, with a focus on Windows, Unix, and SQL Server environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a distribution or logistics setting, preferably within a health‑care or pharmaceutical context.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on‑site when required; this role is primarily remote but occasional visits to the distribution center may be needed.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting platforms such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance processes and internal audit frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Prior experience supporting MHE vendors and integrating hardware devices with WMS platforms.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of WMS architecture, database management, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to diagnose complex system issues quickly and propose effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with diverse stakeholders, from warehouse floor staff to senior IT leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data integrity, security controls, and compliance documentation.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Commitment to delivering reliable, user‑friendly systems that empower end‑users to perform their jobs efficiently.
