[Remote] Sales & Operations Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. High Five Tasks is a company focused on providing innovative solutions to business owners through their partnership program. The Sales & Operations Representative will be responsible for driving growth by closing deals with business owners and managing the onboarding and training of new partners, ensuring they are set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Call business owners and managers in auto repair, construction, warehouse logistics, landscaping, and other industries
- Pitch our partnership program and close agreements over the phone
- Follow up consistently with warm leads until you get a yes or a no
- Hit weekly deal targets and track all activity in a CRM
- Lead 15–30 minute onboarding calls with newly signed partners via phone or video call
- Walk business owners and their workers through the HighFive app setup and head strap camera positioning
- Train workers on proper recording technique, battery management, and data quality standards
- Ensure every new partner is fully set up and confident before their first recording day
- Follow up with partners post-onboarding to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality footage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and Google Docs for all partners and leads
- Collaborate with the team to hand off closed accounts smoothly
- Track partner performance and flag any issues with footage quality or equipment
- Identify new lead sources and industries to expand the pipeline
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required — you must pitch, close, and onboard in both languages
- Sales training or prior sales experience is required — tell us about it in your application
- Experience conducting onboarding or training calls — you must be comfortable leading structured calls with business owners and their staff
- Strong CRM experience — you will be logging every call, deal, and follow-up; sloppy CRM use is a dealbreaker
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive — we run our operations on Google Workspace and you must be comfortable working in it daily
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps — you'll be teaching partners how to use our iPhone app and troubleshooting basic issues
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals on the phone
- Confident, persuasive communicator who can build rapport fast
- Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your own time and hit your numbers
- Hungry, hardworking, and competitive by nature
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks
