They are seeking a Senior Customer Transformation Leader to drive successful implementations of Skan technology, optimizing business processes and delivering measurable value to Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee multiple related projects (a program) or initiatives that align with the client’s strategic goals, aiming to achieve long-term benefits and strategic objectives beyond the scope of individual projects. Focus on achieving strategic business outcomes and value through the coordinated management of multiple projects. The goals are often related to organizational growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage
  • Business Capabilities and Road Mapping: Partner with client stakeholders to define program roadmaps aligned to strategic goals and business cases with financial outcomes. Make higher-level strategic decisions that affect the overall program and its alignment with organizational strategies. This includes prioritizing projects, allocating resources across the program, and adjusting project objectives to better serve strategic goals
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data analytics and machine learning models to provide actionable insights for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement
  • Project Implementation: Own and drive end-to-end implementations of Skan technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements
  • Process Optimization: Identify and analyze key business processes, utilizing Skan capabilities to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams, Pre-Sales, partners, and Customer Success Managers to establish Skan Professional Services' value proposition and statements of work during pre-sales phases
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, resources, scope, and budget across multiple projects. Create and maintain detailed project plans that emphasize speed to delivery and efficient use of resources
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with customer senior-level executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements, ensuring their successful realization
  • Risk Management: Regularly communicate project status, proactively manage and escalate risks and issues both internally and externally to minimize impact on project success
  • Innovation and Strategy: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in process intelligence, AI, and data analytics. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage. Requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen to navigate complex environments, align projects with strategic goals, and manage change across the organization
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of analysts and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and the overall impact on business performance

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mining, data analysis, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and process mining technologies
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in business process optimization is a plus
