[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GTE Agency is a full-service experiential and brand marketing boutique firm specializing in marketing/promotions and nationwide staffing. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive responsible for staffing campaigns, maintaining client communication, and ensuring timely completion of backend analysis and reports.

Responsibilities

• Staffing campaigns nationwide/in store demos
• Acting as a primary contact to existing clients for all assigned programs
• Continuous communication with staff
• Scheduling trainings to ensure all hired staff is prepared for the events
• Conducting staff check ins
• Ensuring all backend analysis/reports are completed timely
• Placing a contingency plan in motion when faced with challenges
• Booking all reps in for weekly demo work and getting them details, training manuals, products information, etc
• Following up with check ins and backend analysis
• Providing logistics support for the implementation of specific marketing contracts when needed
• Completing the backend analysis reports for all programs

Skills

• College degree Preferred – Communications, Business, or Marketing focus is required
• Experience in management, including assessing performance and discipline
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail is a MUST
• Individual must possess very strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Individual must be extremely detail-oriented and organized, and should possess a mix of both creative and analytical skills
• Computer experience must include skills with Microsoft Office (including extensive experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and google docs
• Punctual and reliable concerning work hours – NOTE: the work will be 100% working from home/remote but all tasks MUST be completed on time
• Willing to meet project expectations – this includes being available on call in the late evenings, very early mornings and on weekends depending on workload. This is a MUST. This job is a lifestyle
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
• Adaptability and ease when working with different personalities
• Experience with hands on approach during account management - whether in an on the spot atmosphere and/or in the field – this job will be work from home/fully remote with required online/zoom training
• Ability to work well with others and autonomously

• Looking for someone with field marketing experience and/or in agency experience, a plus
