Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MorseLife Health System, Inc. is a respected not-for-profit national leader transforming perspectives on aging. They are seeking an energetic and strategic Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts, partner with hiring managers, and develop creative recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment for assigned business lines from sourcing and screening to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Develop creative and targeted recruiting campaigns that attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Manage applicant data and ensure accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Represent MorseLife at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences
  • Facilitate selection discussions and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process
  • Collaborate on onboarding and credentialing to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  • Maintain strong relationships with new hires to encourage referrals and gather feedback
  • Stay ahead of trends in talent acquisition; always bringing new ideas to the table
