[Remote] Sales Development Representative Intern

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to support the sales team by researching target accounts, identifying prospects, and conducting outreach through emails and calls.
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify prospects
- Build contact lists for outreach
- Conduct outbound emails and calls
- Qualify inbound leads
- Schedule introductory meetings for account executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Track engagement and prepare brief summaries of prospect needs
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging
- Learn core sales methodologies
- Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Skills
- Sales and Inside Sales skills, with an interest in consultative selling and understanding customer pain points
- Lead Generation and Business Development abilities, including researching prospects and identifying new opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Comfort using CRM or sales engagement tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks in a remote environment with guidance from the team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or startup environments; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus
