About the Role

As a key member of the Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA) / Military Lending Act (MLA) Operations team, you will be the guardian of compliance, ensuring that every request for relief is reviewed, analyzed, and acted upon with precision and care. Your work will directly protect servicemembers and their families, upholding federal and state regulations while delivering the high‑quality service that arenaflex is known for.

Core Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Mastery: Recognize, interpret, and apply the Federal and State guidelines governing the SCRA and MLA to every case you handle.
  • Compliance Assurance: Follow all regulatory and compliance standards throughout the review, processing, and communication phases for relief requests.
  • Request Review & Action: Validate servicemember active‑duty status, order notifications, and eligibility dates; analyze accounts to determine qualification for relief.
  • Data Gathering: Securely retrieve and verify information from external Department of Defense (DoD) databases as part of the eligibility assessment.
  • Resource Utilization: Leverage internal tools, knowledge bases, and cross‑functional resources to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Documentation & Notation: Record each step taken, maintain thorough account notes, and capture supporting documents through imaging systems.
  • Financial Adjustments: Execute timely fee suppression and financial adjustments for eligible accounts, including linked customer accounts.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex scenarios, route them to a Coach or Team Leader, and follow up to guarantee resolution.
  • Continuous Learning: Complete all mandatory training modules promptly and actively participate in team meetings and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Quality Commitment: Strive for a 100% quality score by delivering meticulous, error‑free work on every inquiry.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and solve complex regulatory scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing documents and extracting critical information.
  • Proficiency navigating multiple systems and linking data from disparate sources.
  • Commitment to achieving departmental quality goals (target: 100% accuracy).
  • High integrity paired with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
