Position Overview As a Remote Travel Event Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of diverse travel-related events. Evaluate options based on capacity, amenities, accessibility, and budget compatibility. Logistics Management Oversee all logistical elements including transportation arrangements, catering services, audio-visual equipment, and guest accommodations. Ensure every detail is coordinated seamlessly. Budget Development and Management Create detailed event budgets, track expenditures, and make strategic decisions to maximize value while meeting financial objectives. Provide clients with transparent cost breakdowns and recommendations. Vendor Relationships Build and maintain strong partnerships with caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, transportation companies, and other essential vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards are met. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
