Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Travel Advisor with a specialty in Disney destinations. The Remote Travel Advisor (Disney Niche) will consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and budgets, then design tailored itineraries for Disney parks, Disney Cruise Line, and related experiences. Day-to-day tasks include researching Disney promotions, packages, and perks; securing reservations for accommodations, tickets, dining, and special experiences; and managing changes, requests, and follow-up before, during, and after travel. The role also involves educating clients on Disney planning timelines, transportation options, and park strategies, as well as providing proactive support to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip. Advisors are expected to maintain detailed records, use online booking and CRM tools, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on Disney products, policies, and travel industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a client-centered, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex travel details clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including researching, planning, and booking transportation, accommodations, tickets, and add-on experiences.
• Experience or strong interest in working with a Travel Agency environment, including use of booking platforms, vendor portals, and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated passion for Disney destinations (parks, cruises, resorts) and familiarity with Disney offerings, promotions, and planning strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple client itineraries at once.
• Comfort working remotely as an independent contractor, including self-motivation, reliability, and professional responsiveness.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer experience is preferred; relevant certifications or training in travel or tourism are a plus.
