This is a full-time position, available to qualified candidates anywhere in the U.S.
What We Offer
- $140,000 base salary plus commission opportunities
- On-target earnings: $165,000 to $190,000+ annually
- Top producers earn $250,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
- Complete high-quality commercial real estate appraisals
- Work directly with individual clients on their appraisals for private, legal, and tax-related matters
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional appraisal reports
Who You Are
- Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
