Virtual Nurse
Registered Nurse (Remote Patient Monitoring) About the Role: We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team. This is a full-time, fully remote position designed for RNs who enjoy connecting with patients, ensuring quality care, and leveraging technology to improve outcomes. What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and review daily vital sign alerts through our RPM platform.
- Follow up with patients and providers regarding abnormal readings or concerns.
- Promote patient engagement and ensure compliance with daily vital submissions.
- Document all interactions and clinical notes accurately within the Epic EMR system.
- Communicate proactively with the clinical team to support ongoing care plans.
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule Options:
- 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend rotation
- AM & PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (compact license preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth or chronic care management experience a plus).
- Must be located in Maryland.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort using technology and navigating EMR systems (Epic experience preferred).
- A reliable, distraction-free home workspace with internet access.
