[Remote] Account Manager (Digital Marketing Agency)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Patient Pilot is a rapidly growing performance-based marketing agency that helps Red Light Therapy clinics across North America generate more patients and revenue through paid advertising. They are seeking a Client Success Manager who will take ownership of client relationships, proactively solve problems, and drive client retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support high-value client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience
• Identify client risks early and proactively address challenges to protect outcomes
• Oversee onboarding (within 5-7 business days), launch calls, offer clarity, tech setup, and go-live process. Ensure deliverables, communication, and performance are fully aligned
• Coordinate with media buyers and creative teams to communicate feedback and to improve client performance
• Strategically work with clients to scale campaigns while retaining their business
• Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and authority
• Mentor future CSM team members as the department grows

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Specialist, preferably in a marketing agency environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Facebook Ads
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism and assertiveness
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Passionate about delivering high-quality client results
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
• Leadership experience or interest in growing into a senior CSM role
