We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in Newark, Delaware. As a key member of our Service Department, you'll provide top-notch support to customers via phone and in-person, ensuring seamless service and repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist Customer Advisors and Service Consultants with customer queries and provide support as needed.
- Schedule service appointments, answer basic service department questions, and route customer calls.
- Maintain accurate records, file repair orders, and audit sublet invoices.
- Collaborate with associates across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
