Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Accurately input and update customer data in our systems
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Meet performance metrics and targets for customer service and data entry
- Participate in training and development programs

Educational Qualifications:
