Dental Recruiter

Job Overview We are seeking someone in the dental field who loves connecting people. This fully remote, flex schedule role is perfect for someone who wants to get out of the traditional dental office while continuing to support the industry. In this pivotal role, you will drive the recruitment process for dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us attract top-tier talent, ensuring our dental practices are staffed with skilled and passionate team members. Duties

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified dental professionals through various channels such as social media, email and txt message outreach, industry networks, and college career fairs.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for each practice.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and cold calling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline hiring processes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and office managers through effective communication, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse candidates via social media management, cold calling, and relationship management.
• Understanding of the dental field and ability to match office styles with professionals preferences.
• Self starter who is likes freedom to attack challenges/opportunities.

Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week Benefits:
