What We're Looking For:
- Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Proficiency in typing (~70 wpm)
- Ability to handle high call volumes with ease and composure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision
Remote Work Requirements:
- arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but you'll need to provide:
- High-speed internet access
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
