Social Media Manager (Web3 Focus) Type: Full-time Location: Remote position About INPUT Global INPUT Global is a global communications agency helping high-growth companies build visibility, credibility, and influence through PR, content, events, and social storytelling. The Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong Web3 background to own and grow social media presence for our clients and internal brands. This role blends strategy, content planning, and execution, and is ideal for someone who understands Web3 culture, narratives, and platforms and knows how to turn complex topics into engaging social content. This person will focus purely on Tier-1 and Tier-2 C-level executives and founder profiles across LinkedIn and X, so strong personal branding experience on social platforms is essential. Candidates must be able to provide examples of POV-style content and long-form content they have written for founders and executives across social media. What You’ll Do -Manage social media accounts across X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms -Build and execute social media strategies aligned with PR and marketing goals -Translate Web3, crypto, and tech narratives into clear, engaging content -Manage and grow founder and executive personal brands across LinkedIn and X -Write POV-driven content, thought leadership posts, and long-form founder content -Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers and content writers -Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to optimize output -Stay on top of Web3 conversations, memes, and industry shifts -Support launches, announcements, and event-related social campaigns Must Haves -3+ years of experience in social media management -Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and decentralized ecosystems -Strong experience managing founder, executive, or personal brands on social media -Excellent writing skills and tone adaptation for different platforms -Ability to write POV-led, thought leadership, and long-form social content -Experience managing multiple accounts and stakeholders -Highly organized and comfortable working remotely -Fluent English Nice to Haves -Experience working in an agency environment -Familiarity with analytics tools and social dashboards -Experience coordinating with PR or influencer teams Why Join Us? -Work at the intersection of Web3, media, and storytelling -Manage accounts for high-profile global clients -Fully remote and flexible setup -Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team Apply To This Job
