Compensation: $180-200K + Generous Performance Bonus + Benefits

Morgan Mace is thrilled to represent an expanding direct-to-consumer online GOLF eLearning company in the US, specialising in online sports training and consumer products. 

We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Leader to join and build a remote growth marketing team as the Director of Google Ads. In this role, you'll report to the Head of Acquisition and spearhead our client's online advertising strategy encompassing YouTube, Display, Shopping, Search, Discovery, and Performance Max. 

This hands-on role involves managing daily operations while nurturing and developing a team. 

Our ideal candidate possesses: 

  • Over 5 years of DTC media buying experience, handling at least $1M/month in conversion-centric ad expenditure across Google Ads. 
  • Essential experience in direct response marketing, specifically in regards to Video Sales Letters (VSL). 
  • Ideally with previous experience of online coaching e.g. healthy living / sports / weight loss etc. 
  • A verified history of building and leading top-performing media buying teams
  • A curiosity-driven approach to testing and learning, with a focus on insights, performance optimization, and marketing enhancement. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and convert findings into actionable strategies.
