Lead PM- Analyst

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Lead PM- Analyst Madatory skills Experience leading SRA / PIA / DRP execution end-to-end Ability to triage and prioritize intake requests Experience owning POD-level or process-level delivery Strong risk management and dependency tracking skills Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvements Hands-on experience with: Jira Azure DevOps Trello Power Automate Basic knowledge of SAP Strong understanding of: Scrum / Agile methodologies Lean Six Sigma principles Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate SRA, PIA, and DRP activities from initiation to completion Manage intake requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives Own delivery execution for assigned PODs or operational processes Identify project risks, blockers, dependencies, and remediation plans Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution Drive process standardization, optimization, and adoption across teams Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Maintain project tracking and reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello Assist in automation and workflow improvement initiatives using Power Automate ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
