All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or GED equivalency.
* Previous airport customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading others.
* Knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as functional automation applications.
* Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to monitor and assess performance, making improvements or taking corrective action as needed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and give full attention to others.
* Critical thinking ability, with the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
* Ability to work under demanding operational conditions, with a sense of urgency and preciseness.
* Ability to use sound business judgment to resolve issues with internal and external customers.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* USPS clearance or the ability to obtain USPS clearance, with a five-year United States residency requirement.
