What Doing a Great Job Will Look Like
- Seeing up to 28-30 patients per day including tele-visits.
- Maintaining turnaround times of an hour or less 80% of the time (from patient in door time to patient out the door).
- Building a full patient panel consistently.
- Being a good team member treating staff with regard and contributing to a positive working space
- Having a great attitude that is friendly and welcoming to coworkers and clients
- Completing notes on time with use of assigned A-I scribe
