Key Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy and execution for AI-powered internal tools that support operations| data insights| and automation workflows .Collaborate with Product Managers| Data Scientists| and Engineering to translate complex operational requirements into elegant| intuitive design systems .Partner with stakeholders across support| moderation| compliance| and analytics to map end-to-end user journeys and optimize pain points.
