Supply Chain, Print Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description:
- Aggregate and Validate Orders from Salesforce
- Create Detailed Print & Fulfillment Specifications
- Ensure Updated Curriculum & Content File Availability
- Manage Inventory Levels for Printed Materials
- Create and Track Purchase Orders for Print Production
- What Success Looks Like
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, print production, publishing operations, or order fulfillment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and inventory or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-site shipment requirements.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and managing large data sets.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, seasonal demand environment.
- Preferred Experience: Experience supporting K-12 school or district procurement cycles.
- Familiarity with print production processes (offset/digital printing, binding, kitting).
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
