Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and issues related to Apple products.
• Employ a methodical troubleshooting process to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems effectively.
• Deliver step-by-step solutions with patience and adapt communication style to suit individual customer needs.
• Handle challenging conversations and maintain a resilient and empathetic approach in difficult situations.
• Multitask across various systems and applications while managing time efficiently.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team environment, sharing expertise and welcoming feedback.

Education & Experience:

• Enrollment in at least one class at a four-year accredited university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher through December of 2025 or later.
• Preferred majors in technical, business, or communications fields.
• Preferred GPA of 2.7 or higher.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to attend nine weeks of part-time virtual training, including weekends.
• Flexibility to work three to four-hour shifts during the week and an eight-hour shift on weekends (primarily Saturdays), including holidays.
• Adaptability to weekly hour adjustments based on school schedules and business needs.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM while conversing with customers.
• Equipped with a quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, desk, and hard-wired internet connection.
• Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps with less than 150 ms latency.
