Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
