  • Community Building: Foster and grow our online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.

  • Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor social media channels for trends, track key performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.

  • Required Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
    • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices.
    • Familiarity with paid social advertising is a plus.
