Work from home Full-time role Hiring

ABOUT ANTELOPE Antelope is reimagining pet care through a modern omnichannel platform built for today’s pet parents. Since launching in 2021, we’ve been on a mission to raise the standard for what pets eat, how they’re cared for, and the brands behind it all. Our name says it all. Ante means raising the bar. Lope means moving forward together. That’s exactly what we’re doing by acquiring and growing some of the most loved natural pet brands in the market. Backed by Alpine Investors, we’ve already brought together a standout portfolio including Bocce’s Bakery, Diggin’ Your Dog / Super Snouts, My Perfect Pet, and Ark Naturals. And we’re just getting started. With plans to continue expanding, we’re building the go-to house of brands for independent pet retailers and passionate pet parents alike. OVERVIEW We’re looking for someone who wants to own their territory and build something meaningful in the Pacific Northwest. This role sits at the heart of our independent pet channel, where you’ll manage and grow existing accounts across Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming, while also opening new doors, building strong relationships, and driving the business forward. You won’t just sell one brand, you’ll represent the full Antelope portfolio across Bocce’s Bakery, Super Snouts, Ark Naturals, My Perfect Pet, and more. This is a great fit for someone who is:

  • self-motivated
  • relationship-driven
  • excited to be in the field and close to customers

This role requires about 50 to 60 percent travel, including store visits, trade shows, and sales meetings. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with independent pet retailers
  • Grow existing accounts while actively opening new ones
  • Own your territory and hit sales goals
  • Lead product trainings and bring the Antelope brands to life in-store
  • Use data and CRM tools to guide your strategy and identify opportunities
  • Manage your trade spend thoughtfully
  • Partner closely with your teammates and support each other to win

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • The ideal candidate is based in or near Portland, OR or Seattle, WA.
  • 2+ years of sales experience; prior experience in pet is a plus
  • Someone who genuinely loves pets and the pet industry
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Comfortable presenting, pitching, and educating customers
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple accounts at once
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly

WHY JOIN ANTELOPE

  • You’ll have real ownership and visibility from day one
  • You’ll help shape how our brands show up in the independent channel
  • You’ll be part of a fast-growing company where things move quickly and ideas matter

PERKS & BENEFITS

  • Field-based role covering the Pacific Northwest, supported by a remote-first, highly connected corporate team
