Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and support in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions to complex customer problems
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions and find mutually beneficial resolutions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Experience with live chat platforms or customer service software is a plus, but not required
