Job Summary

As a Full Stack Product Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our hardware development and supply chain management efforts. You'll work closely with our team of experts to design, develop, and implement new products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality, meet the required specifications, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead surveys among Design and Manufacturing teams to drive expectations that are vital to executing Design for Greatness (DFX) and test procedure.

• Guarantee plant availability, support manufacturing line raise, give product investigation training and assemble input on form issues.
• Manage the bill of materials and drive yield span investigation to further develop product quality.
• Work with the Product team to feature risks and foster mitigation plans.
• Work closely with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets.
• Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and survey results to guarantee product execution meets requirements.
• Coordinate arrival of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bill of Materials (BOMs) into Product Information Management (PDM) framework.
• Support second source part capability and arrival of ECOs and MCOs.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in a related field, such as hardware development, supply chain management, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and part providers for server farm class server pedal items (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC).
• Knowledge of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, and post-silicon validation.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field, such as hardware development, supply chain management, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience making and executing a plan approval test plan for a complex electronic assembly.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
