[Remote] Client Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Magna Legal Services provides end-to-end legal support services to law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies throughout the nation. They are seeking a proactive and personable client services representative to deliver outstanding support, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Act, along with team members, as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email and portal requests
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to team manager
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience
- Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve client needs and communicate feedback for continuous improvement
Skills
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours
- Proficiency in email etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Teams functions
- Zoom basic knowledge
- Must be a team-player and have excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Preferred knowledge of Front email system but not required
- Preferred knowledge of ReporterBase but not required
