The role involves assisting clients in selecting and booking cruises, recommending tailored options, and managing bookings while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises and add-on travel services
- Recommend cruise lines, itineraries, cabins, and excursions tailored to client needs
- Work with cruise suppliers to access special deals and group rates
- Handle changes, upgrades, or cancellations with care
- Track bookings, confirmations, and customer preferences
- Attend virtual trainings and supplier sessions to stay informed
Skills
- Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for cruising and travel experiences
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools
- Customer service experience is a plus
