Entry Level Remediation Engineer - Spring 2026

They are seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Engineer to join their Environmental Remediation Team in North Carolina, where the role involves delivering innovative solutions for environmental site characterization and remediation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, performing, or overseeing soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and surface water investigations
  • Coordinating and managing fieldwork logistics
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Technical report writing
  • Participating in meetings with clients and regulators

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with a concentration in environmental or a related field
  • Local (or willing to relocate) to Charlotte, North Carolina with ability to travel up to 60% - 75%
  • Knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and data management software
  • United States Citizenship and valid drivers license
  • 3.0 GPA
  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, or other closely related technical field
  • 40-hr HAZWOPER certification
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain one 12 months after hire
