Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive and memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, choose your own hours, and earn a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer questions and concerns through live chat in real-time

  • Help customers reset passwords, find their orders, and manage subscriptions
  • Follow saved replies and help center guides to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Flag technical bugs or billing questions for senior agents
  • Maintain a calm and helpful tone in all messages
  • Summarize and tag each case before closing it out

Minimum Requirements

* You'll start at $25/hour and become eligible for $30-$35/hour after completing 30 shifts with strong performance

  • Choose between 4, 6, or 8-hour blocks

Training Overview

* 2 hours of video walkthroughs

  • Chat simulation practice
  • One supervised shift for feedback
  • Full access within 3-5 days of application approval

What a Shift Looks Like

* You log in at 10 AM

  • A user asks why they didn't receive a promo code - you send a link and apply a credit
  • Another asks about cancelling - you guide them through the simple steps
  • Someone else wants to track their order - you grab the info from the dashboard and update them
  • You wrap your shift with 20+ completed chats and zero calls
