Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our cargo customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone, using your excellent communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues.
• Process cargo shipments, including receiving and processing shipments, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to cargo handling and delivery.
• Collaborate with other teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless cargo operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using our systems and processes to track and manage cargo shipments.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What You Need To Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Consistently prioritize safety and security: You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of yourself, others, and our cargo shipments.
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles: You'll work with a diverse team and interact with customers from various backgrounds, so it's essential to be open-minded and adaptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
• Age and authorization to work: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license: You'll need a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Basic digital literacy: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and navigating our systems and processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds: You'll need to be able to lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT): You'll need to pass a PAT to ensure you can perform the physical demands of the job.
